Olwel has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ePharma last Saturday, 21st of July, 2018. The two companies will work together to provide an integrated service to help patients in their home.
From now on, after an Olwel doctor visits a patient at home and prescribes medicince, the patient can get all the medicine delivered to his/her home. Moreover, the patient will get an additional discount on medicine provided by ePharma.
ePharma is connected with the best pharmacies and pharmaceuticals in the country. They have their own delivery system inside Dhaka city. One can get medicine on the same day with a delivery charge of Tk 49 by placing order before 1 p.m. Otherwise, the delivery is made the next day. One can get emergency delivery within 3 hours with a charge of Tk 99. ePharma also deliveres medicines outside Dhaka through courier with a delivery charge of Tk 99. The delivery charge is waived If the total medicine cost is above Tk 799. Owel patients will enjoy certain percentage of discount on all medicine ordered from ePharma through Olwel.

The MoU was signed by the CEO of ePharma, Md. Azizur Rahman Khan and and the Chairman of Olwel Dr. M M Aftab Hossain. The CTO of Olwel, Mojahedul Hoque Abul Hasanat; the COO of Olwel, M.W.A. Farhad and Chief Consulting Director of Medical Services of Olwel, Dr. Salahuddin Feroz were present in the occasion.
