Vilho Jonsson is one of the founders of Swedish collaboration agency curlabs AB. Starting his studies in IT engineering 2011 at KTH in Stockholm, Kista. He met Aftab in 2015 when leading one of the work packages in the EUREKA project SooGREEN. A young albeit experienced ICT facilitator and change coach having led multiple trans-european teams during his time with Swedish operator Tele2. Together with Johan Bäckman providing Olwel with coaching and collaborations with Swedish healtchare and funding sector. And together with the other nordic advisors laying the groundwork for an introduction of Olwel to the nordic market.
Johan Bäckman is one of the founders of curlabs AB, a Swedish Innovation & Collaboration agency. He has +25 years of experience in the field of IT & Telecom, having had assignments at companies with operations across Europe. During 2014-2017 he was, together with Vilho Jonsson, the driving force in the design and implementation of a program to drive innovation and change through employee engagement within the Tele2 group. He met Aftab in 2015 during the setup of Tele2's participation in the EUREKA project SooGREEN. Together with Vilho providing Olwel with coaching and collaborations with Swedish healthcare and funding sector. And together with the other Nordic advisors laying the groundwork for an introduction of Olwel to the Nordic market.
Tapio "Tapsa" Siik serves as an Advisor to Aalto Start-Up Center, Finland. He has extensive Nokia background of around 17 years in various positions ranging from running large R&D organizations to Vice President level business line responsibilities. In the last seven years with Nokia he was a key member in Nokia VC investment teams, Nokia Venture Partners & Nokia Growth Partners and invested in many successful startups globally. As an angel investor he also invested in different healthcare and wellness startups e.g., iSTOC, Wellness Foundry and FlowMedik.

Dr. Salahuddin Feroz achieved his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 2001. Later he achieved MD in Nephrology from BSMMU,Dhaka. He started his career in medicine in Rajshahi Medical College Hospital and later worked in Dept. of Medicine in Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College. He was a resident in BSMMU with working experience in different departments under faculty of Medicine. Later he completed MD in Nephrology. He has working experience in Leicester Royal Infirmary and Royal Hallamshire Hospital Shefield, UK and has experience in health service delivery of National Health Services (NHS), UK. He also authored several publications in different medical journals. He is involved in supervision of Olwel GP doctors with monitoring and evaluation of healthcare delivery system.
Dr. Saleh Uddin Mahmood completed his MBBS in 2007 from Rajshahi Medical College then obtained his Master's degree (MSc in sports and exercise medicine) from university of Nottingham, UK in 2011. Later in 2016, he completed his MPhil from King's College London in regenerative medicine. During his study in UK, he was also involved with NHS England as clinical coordinator. He helped different GP centres in developing their health service related policies. He also helped Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in yearly GP centres visit. Commissioning involves deciding what services are needed for diverse local populations and ensuring that they are provided. He came back to Bangladesh in 2017 with the vision of an impactful contribution to the Bangladesh Health system. His aim is to develop and establish a systematic GP referral system and a total digitised health system. To achieve that goal, now he is playing as a consulting team member of Olwel and overseeing the quality and new service development.
A graduate of BUET EEE in 2001, Mojahedul is one of the top software architects in Bangladesh. His specialty is building scalable systems that are highly secure and reliable. He started a formal career as a Systems Administrator and Developer in a leading ISP where he designed and implemented one of the largest pre-paid billing systems for dial-up subscribers. In 2001, Mojahedul co-founded Dynamic Solution Innovators focusing on doing high end software development projects for a world wide clientele. Later, he joined Therap Services in 2004. As the CTO, he helped the company to become a national leader in its niche segment in the health sector in USA. Mojahedul rejoined DSi full time in 2017. Currently, DSi has one of the largest teams of Enterprise Java programmers in Bangladesh working for clients in USA and Europe. He obtained a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) in 2011.
Aftab Hossain studied in Notre Dame college and graduated with a BSc in EEE from BUET in 2001. At the end of his 5 years tenure in AKTEL (currently Robi) he started MBA in IBA, Dhaka University in 2007. However, later in 2007 he availed the opportunity to study Radio Engineering in Helsinki University of Technology (currently known as Aalto University) where he finished his MSc with distinction in 2009. After obtaining his doctoral degree from the same university in 2016, he joined KTH Royal institute of Technology as a postdoctoral fellow.
