M M Aftab Hossain

M M Aftab Hossain is the co-founder and CEO of Olwel. A Notre Dame College and BUET graduate (BSc in EEE, 2001), he spent five years at AKTEL, now Robi, before moving to Finland to study Radio Engineering at Helsinki University of Technology, now Aalto University, completing his MSc with distinction in 2009 and his doctorate in 2016. He then joined KTH Royal Institute of Technology as a postdoctoral fellow and has led European research collaborations including the EUREKA project SooGREEN. He has been with Nokia in Finland since 2022.
