Dr. Saleh Uddin Mahmood

Dr. Saleh Mahmood (Tusher) completed his MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College and M.Phil Medicine from King’s College, London.  He has extensive experience in primary care, healthcare operations, and digital health service delivery. He has worked with multidisciplinary clinical teams to improve patient access to quality healthcare and streamline care coordination processes. Through his work with Olwel, he has contributed to strengthening telemedicine, home healthcare, and patient-centered service models, supporting the organization’s mission of delivering quality home healthcare across Dhaka.
